Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIP: ANNUAL
Annual Membership Terms and Conditions – Term and Monthly Billing
By enrolling in an annual membership, the member agrees to a twelve (12) month commitment in exchange for a discounted membership rate. Membership fees are charged monthly, on the first (1st) day of each month, in equal installments for the duration of the contract term.
Material Discount; Early Termination Repricing; No Refunds
The member acknowledges and expressly agrees that the annual membership fee reflects a material discount granted solely in consideration of the member’s commitment to the full twelve (12) month term.
If the member cancels, terminates, or otherwise ends the annual membership prior to completion of the full twelve-month term for any reason, the discounted rate shall immediately be revoked and the membership will be retroactively repriced as if the member had enrolled in a standard month-to-month membership from the original start date.
In such event, the member agrees to pay:
The difference between:
- The total amount paid under the annual discounted rate, and
- The total amount that would have been owed under the month-to-month membership rate for the same period of use;
plus
- A 10% administrative fee, calculated on the recalculated month-to-month total.
This amount shall become immediately due and payable upon cancellation and may be charged to the payment method on file. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances. This provision represents a reasonable repricing and administrative adjustment and does not constitute a penalty, but rather a restoration of standard month-to-month pricing.
Access and Facility Rules
The member is granted access to gym facilities and standard amenities during normal operating hours, subject to posted rules, capacity limitations, and reasonable operational changes. The member agrees to comply with all facility policies, as amended from time to time. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of facility rules or conduct policies, without refund.
Assumption of Risk
The member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with physical exercise, use of equipment, and participation in gym, spa, and wellness activities, including risks of injury, illness, or other physical harm.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the member releases and holds harmless the operator, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation in activities or use of the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Non-Transferability
This membership is personal to the member and non-transferable.
Entire Agreement and Amendments
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings. Any amendment must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Baja California Sur, Mexico. The parties agree that exclusive venue for any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be in the Municipality of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such venue.
Acknowledgment
The member confirms that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted the discounted nature of the annual membership, the early termination repricing and administrative fee provisions, and the no-refund policy. The member acknowledges that these terms were clearly disclosed prior to payment and that they form a fundamental basis of the pricing and conditions offered.
MEMBERSHIP: ANNUAL, COUPLES
Couples Membership; Term and Monthly Billing
By enrolling in a Couples Annual Membership, the undersigned members (collectively, the “Members”) agree to a twelve (12) month commitment in exchange for a discounted couples membership rate. Membership fees are charged monthly, on the first (1st) day of each month, in equal installments for the duration of the contract term. Both Members are jointly and severally responsible for all fees due under this Agreement.
Material Discount; Early Termination Repricing; No Refunds
The Members acknowledge and expressly agree that the Couples Membership fee reflects a material discount granted solely in consideration of the Members’ commitment to the full twelve (12) month term.
If either or both Members cancel, terminate, or otherwise end the Couples Annual Membership prior to completion of the full twelve-month term for any reason, the discounted couples rate shall immediately be revoked and the membership shall be retroactively repriced as if each Member had enrolled separately in an individual standard month-to-month membership from the original start date.
In such event, the Members jointly and severally agree to pay:
The difference between:
- The total amount actually paid under the discounted Couples Annual Membership, and
- The total amount that would have been owed if both Members had each maintained an individual standard month-to-month membership for the same period of use;
plus
A 10% administrative fee, calculated on the recalculated total of the individual month-to-month membership charges.
This amount shall become immediately due and payable upon cancellation and may be charged to the payment method on file. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks shall be issued under any circumstances. This provision represents a reasonable adjustment restoring the standard pricing structure applicable to non-annual memberships and is not intended as a penalty.
Accordingly, THIS AGREEMENT MAY NOT BE CANCELED, RESCINDED, SUSPENDED, TRANSFERRED, OR TERMINATED EARLY WITHOUT TRIGGERING THE FOREGOING REPRICING AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE, including but not limited to non-use by one or both Members, illness, injury, relocation, travel, relationship changes, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal or financial circumstances.
Individual Access; No Substitution
The Couples Membership grants access to two specifically named individuals only who must be two spouses registered at the same household address. Membership access is personal and non-transferable, and no substitutions, guest swaps, or replacements are permitted if one Member is unable or unwilling to use the membership.
Access and Facility Rules
Each Member is granted access to gym facilities and standard amenities during normal operating hours, subject to posted rules, capacity limitations, and reasonable operational changes. All Members agree to comply with all facility rules and policies, as amended from time to time. The facility reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for either or both Members due to policy violations or misconduct, without refund.
Assumption of Risk
Each Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with physical exercise, use of gym equipment, sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, and related wellness activities, including risks of injury, illness, dizziness, fainting, hypothermia, overheating, cardiovascular events, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each Member releases and holds harmless the facility, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation in activities or use of the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Independent Responsibility of Members
Each Member participates independently and assumes individual responsibility for their own health, safety, medical condition, and conduct. A violation, injury, or misuse by one Member shall not relieve the other Member of obligations under this Agreement.
Non-Transferability
This Couples Membership is personal to the two named Members and may not be transferred, assigned, divided, or shared with any other individual.
Entire Agreement and Amendments
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior representations or understandings. Any amendment must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the facility.
Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Baja California Sur, Mexico. The parties agree that exclusive venue for any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be in the Municipality of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such venue.

Month-to-Month Membership Terms and Conditions
Term and Monthly Billing
By enrolling in a month-to-month membership, the member agrees to ongoing monthly participation with no fixed-term commitment. Membership fees are charged monthly in advance, on the first (1st) day of each month, and will continue automatically unless and until properly canceled in accordance with these terms.
Cancellation; No Refunds or Credits
The member may cancel their month-to-month membership at any time by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date. Cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current billing period.
No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any unused portion of a billing period, including but not limited to non-use, illness, injury, relocation, travel, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal or financial circumstances. All membership fees are deemed fully earned once the applicable billing period has commenced.
Access and Facility Rules

SINGLE USE PURCHASE:
Single-Use Visit Terms and Conditions Day Pass / Single-Use Access
Single-use visits (“Day Pass” or “Single-Use Access”) grant the guest one-time access to designated wellness facilities and services during normal operating hours on the date of purchase only. Access is subject to availability, capacity limits, and operational considerations.
No Membership Rights
Single-use access does not confer membership status, priority booking rights, discounted pricing, or access to member-only areas, events, or benefits. All visits are strictly non-transferable and valid only for the individual named at purchase.
Payment; No Refunds
All single-use visit fees are due in full at the time of booking or entry. All sales are final. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or rescheduling will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-use, late arrival, early departure, illness, injury, weather conditions, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances.
Access and Facility Rules
Guest access is limited to areas expressly included with the single-use visit and is subject to posted rules, dress codes, safety guidelines, and capacity limitations. Almarena reserves the right to modify hours, services, class offerings, or facility availability at any time without notice. Access may be denied or revoked for failure to comply with facility rules or staff instructions, without refund.
Assumption of Risk
The guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with physical activity, use of gym equipment, spa facilities, thermal experiences (including sauna, cold plunge, temazcal), and participation in wellness rituals or classes. Such risks may include injury, illness, fainting, dehydration, or other physical harm.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the guest releases and holds harmless the operator, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in activities or use of the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Health Disclosure
The guest represents that they are physically and medically able to participate in wellness activities and have consulted a medical professional if necessary. Certain services and rituals may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, or other medical concerns. Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions prior to participation.
Personal Belongings
Almarena is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
Photography and Media
Photography or recording may be restricted in certain areas to protect guest privacy. Any photography or recording for commercial purposes requires prior written consent.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Baja California Sur, Mexico. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the Municipality of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing or using a single-use visit, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and accept full responsibility for their participation.
